Greentree Healthcare seeks a Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance staff and ensure the safety, reliability, and proper operation of the facility. The role requires coordinating repairs and maintaining building systems to support resident care and staff.

The candidate will supervise maintenance personnel, oversee electrical/plumbing/HVAC systems, and respond to on-call emergencies while upholding safety and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance staff in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of building systems and safety compliance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, directs and supervises maintenance and repairs involving buildings, equipment and grounds.
• Maintains the facility and grounds to ensure safety and proper functioning of the building.
• Oversees fire alarm and generator testing and required records.
• Coordinates maintenance activities with other departments.
• On-call for emergencies and participates in required committees.
