Join to apply for the Temporary Maintenance Assistant role at Park7 Group.

Park7 Management is seeking individuals to assist our maintenance team during a busy season at our student housing property in Arlington, Texas. The temporary Maintenance Technician will support the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager during summer turnover, working on a variety of apartments and grounds maintenance. The ideal candidate should aim to ensure client satisfaction and complete work orders promptly.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with summer turnovers
2. Inspecting and preparing units for move-in
3. Touch-up painting in units
4. Pressure washing
5. Other assigned tasks

Seasonal period: June through August.

Physical Working Conditions:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Navigate the property, which may involve climbing, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching above the head, and forward reaching
• Occasional ladder climbing
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
