Pointe on Calloway Apartments is now hiring an experienced Maintenance HVAC technician.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and complete residential service requests promptly.
• Resolve maintenance issues related to A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market readiness through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning, and grounds maintenance, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

• At least 12 months of onsite maintenance experience.
• Valid identification.
• HVAC certification (A/C certification required).
• EPA & CPA certifications.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be energetic and self-motivated.
