Job summary

Coach in Commerce, GA is seeking a Temporary Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, handle daily store operations, and contribute to brand initiatives while wearing the Coach Guide to Style.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, cross-selling, using POS and mobile tools, processing transactions, supporting inventory and replenishment, and maintaining a polished sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Familiar with fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS technology.
• Strong English proficiency; ability to multitask on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and personalized recommendations.
• Process transactions efficiently using POS tools.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized sales floor.
