Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS.
• Social selling/ clienteling and data acquisition skills.
• Live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and provide elevated shopping experience.
• Meet personal and store sales goals; support daily store operations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools; drive sales through cross-selling.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships; follow up to close sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
