Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and train in quality lab practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing of finished product blends and record results.
• Review production paperwork and verify accuracy.
• Conduct food safety and pre-operational inspections; ensure GMP compliance.
• Run quality checks on bag seals, code markings, weights, metal detector, and X-ray verifications.
• Enter laboratory results into the document control system and maintain accurate records.
• Support ongoing training of new or backup quality team members as needed.
