Job Description: Temporary Lab/Research Assistant (5) - Devos Lab

The University of Georgia is seeking a Temporary Lab/Research Assistant to conduct research experiments in the field, greenhouse, and laboratory. The successful candidate will also be responsible for growing, maintaining, and harvesting plant research materials, as well as general lab duties.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and education in a related field. The position requires the ability to work indoors and outdoors, lift 25-50 lbs, and drive.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting research experiments in the field, greenhouse, and laboratory (70% of time)
• Growing, maintaining, and harvesting plant research materials (30% of time)
