Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement instructional activities for all students, demonstrating knowledge of subject matter and aligning instruction with Virginia Standards of Learning, district curriculum, and in collaboration with the classroom teacher.
• Use school and division data to inform and guide instructional planning.
• Employ a variety of assessment tools to monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual and group needs.
• Establish and maintain a positive, structured, and well-managed classroom environment that supports learning.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance; communicate progress effectively with students, teachers, and families.
