Qualifications

• Recently graduated or May graduate with a degree in Agroecology or Agriculture Education or similar field.
• Strong communication skills and experience in agriculture education.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have transportation to the host site.
• Resident of NC preferred; familiarity with Triangle area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internship logistics, planning, and professional development.
• Recruit interns and track activities and outcomes.
• Assist with paying farmers and day-to-day intern support.
• Maintain records and documentation for program activities.
