Job summary

Gravie is seeking multiple Temporary ICHRA Implementation Managers to lead onboarding for new employers, ensuring a smooth enrollment experience and ongoing administration.

The role requires coordinating with sales, account management, product, care, finance, compliance and marketing to deliver strong employer support. A bachelor’s degree and 1+ year PM experience are preferred, with a focus on multitasking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert during implementation for Gravie's new employers and/or brokers during onboarding.
• Assess the needs of new Gravie employers – consult with the Gravie Sales Representative and the employer/broker to gather details for onboarding and open enrollment.
• Customize a project plan tailored to each new employer.
• Coordinate with Gravie internal teams to ensure readiness for new employers and members.
• Provide education to the employer/broker on Gravie's ICHRA processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with Product, Gravie Care, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Sales and Account Management to support employers.
• Serve as project manager on interdepartmental initiatives with clear communication across teams.
• Demonstrate Gravie's core competencies: authentic, empathetic, curious, creative and outcome oriented.

We're looking for multiple Temporary ICHRA Implementation Managers. The ICHRA Implementation Managers takes lead to execute onboarding for new employers to help them prepare for their open enrollment and ongoing administration. The ICHRA Implementation Managers will ensure projects are kept on-track and experts are brought in for consultation as needed to ensure smooth transitions from sales to account management take place.

This temporary position will start September 21, 2026 and go through December 31, 2026. Pay for this role is $28/hour.

You will:

• Be the subject matter expert during implementation for Gravie's new employers and/or brokers during onboarding.


• Assess the needs of new Gravie employers – you will consult with the Gravie Sales Representative along with the employer and/or broker to gather details of new groups’ needs, wants, desires to achieve a successful onboarding and open enrollment experience.


• Customize a project plan tailored to the tasks necessary for each new employer.


• Gather and coordinate within Gravie internal teams to ensure they are prepared for our new employer and their members.


• Provide education to the employer and/or broker on Gravie's processes and procedures tied to Gravie’s ICHRA product.


• Work closely as needed with the Product, Gravie Care (Member Service Team), Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Sales, and Account Management teams to deliver strong support to our employers.


• Serve as project manager on interdepartmental initiatives, ensuring clear communication and collaboration with all teams to deliver on company objectives.


• Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, empathetic, curious, creative and outcome oriented.

You bring:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience


• 1+ years of project management or equivalent experience


• A detail-oriented and results-driven mindset to do what it takes to meet an employer's needs.


• Strong problem solving skills while actively engaging with employers.


• An ability to multitask numerous different projects simultaneously.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Demonstrated success in multi-departmental problem solving.


• Extra credit:Previous experience with a start-up or high growth organization


• Previous experience with an ICHRA TPA or ICHRA product.
