We’re looking for a Payment Analyst, ICHRA Operations to join our ICHRA Operations team. This individual will be primarily focused on ensuring our ICHRA member’s monthly premium payments are made to carriers timely and accurately.
Primary responsibilities include maintaining monthly payment reporting, submitting payments, setting up autopay, and outreaching to carriers for payment issue resolution.
