The ideal candidate has HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills, with 2+ years in hotel maintenance and related education. Excellent communication and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry knowledge.
• Two+ years in hotel maintenance or equivalent.
• One year of college or trade school in mechanical/electrical/technical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property grounds, public areas and guest rooms.
• Perform preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Check fixtures, lighting and signs; manage spare parts inventory.
• Respond to maintenance orders promptly and complete work orders timely.
• Complete daily rounds and report problems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
