Job summary

Harry & Lou South Boston Boutique is seeking a part-time Keyholder to manage opening and closing procedures, greet customers, support sales, and maintain merchandising standards at our Boston, MA location. The candidate will help train team members and nurture an inclusive, customer-focused environment. Must be able to work a minimum of 18 hours per week, Tuesday-Friday with some weekend

Role Description

The Keyholder is a part-time, on-site role based at Harry & Lou South Boston Boutique in Boston, MA. This role is responsible for opening and closing the store, overseeing daily floor operations, and ensuring that store procedures are followed consistently. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, delivering exceptional customer service, supporting retail sales, and maintaining merchandising standards. The Keyholder will assist with cash handling, point-of-sale transactions, and basic store administration, as well as helping to train and guide other team members during shifts. This position also involves maintaining product displays, monitoring inventory levels, and helping to create a positive, inclusive environment for all customers and colleagues. Must be able to work a minunum of 18 hours per week, Tuesday-Friday with some weekend availibility.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and perform general store maintenance tasks as needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a part-time schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
