Role Description

The Full-time Key Holder is an on-site role based in Sunrise, FL, responsible for supporting daily store operations and acting as a shift leader when management is not present. Typical duties include opening and closing the store, securing cash and valuables, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The Key Holder assists customers on the sales floor, drives sales through product knowledge and styling advice, and maintains merchandising and store cleanliness standards. The role also involves processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, monitoring inventory and stock replenishment, and supporting visual displays. In addition, the Key Holder helps train new team members, promotes a positive and inclusive work environment, and contributes to meeting sales goals and service benchmarks.
