Job summary

Quality Labor Management (QLM) in Abilene, TX is seeking three skilled Heavy Equipment Operators for a temporary project lasting approximately 1–3 months. Per diem provided as necessary.

Responsibilities include safely operating heavy construction and agricultural equipment to support site preparation, grading, material handling, hauling, and related activities. The ideal candidate has field experience with listed equipment, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy construction and agricultural equipment safely.
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections.
• Follow project plans and site instructions.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow guidelines.
• Demonstrated field experience with listed equipment.
• Willingness to work varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned heavy equipment safely for site prep and grading.
• Load, haul, and move materials as required.
• Perform routine inspections and report issues.
• Work independently or as part of a field crew.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and project plans.
