Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users (staff and clients).
• Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and workstations.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications including EHR systems.
• Assist with network setup and maintenance to ensure stable connectivity.
• Promote IT security policies and safeguard healthcare information.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and service request documentation.
• Provide basic training to users on IT systems and best practices.
