• Support post-op patients, managing nausea, pain, and fear.
• Respond calmly and decisively during clinical emergencies.
• Coordinate with respiratory, PT, and pharmacy to move the care plan.
• Round on long-stay patients, watching for subtle changes.
• Guide patients through Coaching therapy, monitoring real-time reactions.
