Job summary

Synergetic Staffing in Brighton, CO is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper for a temporary assignment. The schedule is 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM with a pay rate of $24.00/hr.

You will perform routine landscaping, maintain turf, and ensure grounds and facilities are clean and safe. Responsibilities include watering, mowing, trimming, raking, inspecting and repairing park structures, reporting safety issues, and operating a range of grounds-maintenance equipment safely while collaborating with team members

Qualifications

• Experience with park, landscape and facility maintenance techniques.
• Knowledge of watering needs for diverse lawns, trees and soil.
• Experience operating chemical spraying equipment.
• Ability to operate a wide range of tools and heavy equipment safely.
• Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and public interaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, trimming, watering, raking, aerating, and care of trees, bushes and shrubs.
• Keep grounds, parking lots and facilities clean and free of leaves, weeds and litter.
• Inspect, clean and repair park structures and playground equipment.
• Load, unload and maintain supplies and equipment; clean tools and machinery.
• Report safety violations and incidents; follow safety rules and procedures.
• Operate mowers, edgers, blowers, tractors and other grounds maintenance equipment.
