Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain park grounds, landscaping areas, and facilities. The role includes cleaning, custodial tasks, and basic maintenance to ensure cleanliness and sanitation across the site.

The position requires ability to work in outdoor environments, perform physical tasks, and communicate issues to management. Training and a team-oriented environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Strong sanitation habits.
• Strong customer service abilities; actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers.
• Ability to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management.

Responsibilities

• Pull trash from receptacles and replace bags as needed.
• Clean patios, sidewalks, and outdoor areas; pick up leaves and litter.
• Trim and prune trees; mow lawns and maintain landscaping.
• Operate lawn mowers and perform basic maintenance (oil changes, lubrication).
• Paint and repair exterior benches and sprinklers; maintain exterior of unit.
• Irrigate gardens and lawns; dig for flower beds and sign posts.
• Clean offices, restrooms, and locker rooms; replenish supplies.
• Set up or remove folding tables, chairs, barricades, and traffic cones for events.
• Report safety issues to your manager.
