Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to two years of maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, doors, locks, and general maintenance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment issues.
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with HVAC troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Support community projects, building upkeep, and seasonal maintenance activities.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory.
• Participate in on-call rotation and overtime as needed.
