Galleria Woods Senior Living in Hoover, AL is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a temporary full-time assignment. The role focuses on keeping apartments and common areas well maintained and safe, with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule and pay rate of $21-$23 per hour.

You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, respond to requests, assist with HVAC, and support onsite projects while delivering excellent customer service to residents and staff.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to two years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining residential apartments and community common areas through timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and excellent customer service to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, doors, locks, and general maintenance
