Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Sparks, NV to perform maintenance and housekeeping duties around the community. The role includes handling repairs on grounds, buildings, apartments, equipment, and vehicles with efficiency and cost-awareness.

The position requires one year of maintenance experience, willingness to be on call, and a solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, plus OSHA and safety knowledge. DOE conditions apply.

Qualifications

• One year maintenance experience.
• On-call availability as needed.
• General understanding of plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA, fire prevention, life and safety regulations.
• Ability to respond to emergency calls outside scheduled hours.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties in and around the community grounds as assigned.
• Complete service requests for repair and maintenance of grounds, buildings, apartments, equipment and vehicles promptly.
• Carry out basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repairs and make-ready projects as assigned.
