Qualifications

• Graduated from an ABA-accredited law school (or expected graduation by time of start date).
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Interest or experience in tort litigation and handling personal injury cases is valued.

Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury and/or property damage claims through all litigation phases.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and internal reports.
• Attend hearings, depositions, conferences, and mediations as needed.
• Assist in assessing liability and damages exposures and reserve recommendations.
