Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in New York.
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in NY state/federal courts or admin tribunals.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant law firm or in-house experience.
• Bar admission in good standing in New York.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with outside counsel for toll collection and violation enforcement litigation.
• Draft and finalize complaints; manage discovery, motions, and settlements.
• Represent TBTA in toll-related litigation through trial and appeal when needed.
• Assist in toll legislation, regulations and contract preparations.
• Provide legal advice on tolling policy, ORT and CBDTP matters.
