Job summary

Duluth Public Schools is looking for a Utility Person I to carry out semi-skilled maintenance on building structures and grounds. This temporary role lasts for 67 days, Monday to Friday, at a starting wage of $20.81 per hour.

The ideal candidate must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license. Excellent benefits are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Two years of relevant experience in buildings and grounds maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide semi-skilled labor in maintenance of building structures and grounds.
• Install furnishings and athletic field equipment.
• Transport equipment as needed for maintenance and athletic activities.
