Job summary

Northrop & Johnson seeks a temporary, experienced Stewardess for a private yacht over 65+m. You will step into the role and work closely with the permanent Stews while they’re on leave, delivering high-end service aboard with a small interior team.

The role requires STCW, ENG1 and Food & Hygiene II, with a start from late September to the end of October on the US East Coast. Salary is DOE.

Qualifications

• Temporary, experienced Stewardess for a private yacht.
• Able to step in and work with permanent Stews while they are on leave.
• Valid STCW, ENG1 and Food & Hygiene II certifications; B1/B2 visa may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Chief and 2nd Stewardess to maintain service standards.
• Engage with owners/guests and ensure exceptional guest experience.
• Support interior crew and adapt to onboard routines during the relief period.

Job description

We are seeking a temporary, experienced Stewardess for a private, 65+m M/Y.

We are looking for someone that is able to step into the role and work with the permanent Stews- both the Chief and 2nd will be on leave for some of this time.

There is a potential boss trip TBA. However, the permanent Stews are very familiar with the owners/guests, preferences and requirements.

Team of 5 on the interior in total.

Owners and Captain are lovely! Excellent crew retention onboard.

B1/B2 visa, STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene II

Start date: late September until the end of October. East coast of US.

Salary: DOE
