Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Temporary Events Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and execution of global and regional events, partnering cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution and on-brand experiences.

You will work with the events team to source vendors, manage budgets, and help deliver launches, personal appearances, and activations that connect customers with the Tory Burch brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event planning, event marketing, experiential marketing, public relations, hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience supporting multiple events or projects simultaneously from planning through execution.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and event logistics is preferred.
• Ability to occasionally work evenings, weekends, and travel as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of a variety of events, including global launches and brand activations.
• Coordinate event production logistics, timelines, and deliverables with senior team.
• Source and manage external vendors and ensure projects stay within budget.
• Collaborate with retail marketing to develop engaging activations and in-store experiences.
• Create and maintain event calendars, budgets, guest lists, run-of-show docs and briefs.
• Assist with post-event analyses and team debriefs.
