West Virginia OEMS is seeking a Temporary Executive Coordinator to provide administrative and program support to the OEMS Education Unit in Kanawha County. Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling, testing coordination, and records management.
• Proctors EMS examinations and manages instructor applications.
• Communicates with EMS personnel, instructors, and the public.
• Ability to interpret OEMS policies and procedures.
• Maintains organized records and calendars.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate EMS certification and testing.
• Proctor EMS examinations and ensure testing procedures are followed.
• Review and maintain EMS instructor applications and records.
• Review and maintain EMS educational institute applications and renewals.
• Assist with inspections and documentation for education programs.
• Communicate with EMS agencies, institutes, instructors, students, and the public.
• Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence and reports.
• Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Handle inquiries requiring policy knowledge.
• Support office procedures and records management.
