Job summary

National Beef is seeking a Temporary Employment Clerk at our Liberal, Kansas facility to welcome visitors, assist job applicants, answer phones, and help maintain a smooth employment office.

This on-site role requires strong communication, reliable attendance, basic office skills (Excel/PowerPoint), and the ability to multi-task. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; a background check will be conducted; must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2) Ability to use basic office equipment (phone, fax, scanner, copiers).
• 3) Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• 4) Strong listening and comprehension skills.

• 8) Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and PowerPoint; aptitude to learn new software.
• 9) English/Spanish bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Employment Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Greet employment office patrons
• Assist individuals with completing application and/or on-line paperwork
• Answer phones
• Schedule interviews
• Perform basic office duties
• Process employment applications
• Other duties as assigned

This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates for the Employment Clerk position should possess the following

• Strong work ethic - self-starter with a positive attitude

• Computer Knowledge - Excel, Power Point Proficient, with an aptitude for learning computer programs quickly
• Bilingual skill (English/Spanish) is preferred
