Qualifications

• Masters in School Counseling and knowledge of Oregon Framework for Guidance and Counseling and the ASCA National Model.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of student and staff information.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use computers and internet-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and promote a comprehensive guidance program aligned with the Oregon Framework.
• Provide classroom guidance, small group instruction, and parent education.
• Assist with Individual Student Planning and transitions.
• Collaborate to support system-wide counseling, climate, and staff development.
• Advocate for students and coordinate community resources.
