• Monitors student behavior, maintains discipline, and reports restraints when necessary.
• Assists students with personal/self-help needs and communicates progress to parents.
• Acts as case coordinator, consulting with caregivers and school staff to meet student needs.
• Maintains student records in compliance with NC regulations.
• Engages in professional development and demonstrates growth.
