Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. at the Phoenix Job Corps Center seeks a Temporary Driver to transport students and staff safely and punctually, while performing preventive maintenance and basic repairs to Center facilities.

This temporary assignment covers until the full-time employee returns; candidate must have a valid Arizona driver's license and High School Diploma; prior youth-facing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid in-State Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced degrees preferred.
• Prefer previous experience working with youth.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, efficient student transportation.
• Maintains and documents vehicle and center facilities records.
• Completes preventive maintenance and repairs as assigned.
• Schedules and coordinates vehicle movements for maintenance and service.
• Assist in other departments as required.
• Reports safety issues to supervisor.
• Demonstrates professionalism with students and staff.
• Adheres to program policies and procedures.
