Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a role focused on safe student transportation and maintenance of Center facilities. You will perform inspections, manage vehicle records and coordinate preventive maintenance while ensuring timely services to students.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, and preferably some experience with youth; a valid in-state driver’s license is required, with lifting and physical tasks typical of field work. This position is on-site at the center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced degrees preferred.
• Prefer previous experience working with youth.
• Must possess and maintain a valid in-State Driver's License and meet Company insurability requirements.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds and related activities.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and inspections of Center facilities and systems to ensure functionality and prevent disruption of student and staff services.
• Completes, tracks and documents work status and notifies supervisor of issues and concerns.
• Provides students with timely and efficient student transportation services as required.
• Maintains appropriate vehicle documentation per DOL/Company requirements.
• Schedules and delivers vehicles for preventive maintenance and repairs as necessary.
• Conducts vehicle inspections and reports safety issues and concerns to supervisor.
• Plans, prioritizes and organizes assignments to meet established goals and deadlines.
• Understands and applies job knowledge to effectively complete all required job responsibilities.
