Job summary

ADAMS AND ASSOCIATES INC in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an On-Call Transportation/Facilities Assistant to provide safe student transportation and perform preventative maintenance on Center facilities. This role may supervise Work-Based Learning students and supports multiple departments as needed.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid in-State Driver’s License, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. On-call hours and compliance with company policies are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Advanced degrees preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet insurability requirements. Physical ability to lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and inspections of Center’s facilities and systems to ensure functionality and prevent disruption of services.
• Completes, tracks and documents work status and notifies supervisor of issues.
• Provides transportation services for students as required.
• Maintains vehicle documentation per DOL/Company requirements.
• Assists in other departments as required.
• Schedules and delivers vehicles for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Reports safety issues to supervisor.
