Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Distribution Clerk to support the inspection and documentation of incoming finished goods. You will inspect watches for visible damage, scratches, defects, or other conditions and use an iPad to photograph the product's condition.

You will label, organize, and save photographs in OneDrive, communicate issues to the appropriate team, and provide support in other warehouse areas as needed to maintain workflow and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming finished goods orders for damage, scratches, or defects.
• Take clear, accurate photographs of watches during inspection.
• Label photographs accurately and organize by order, style, or model.
• Save photographs in the designated OneDrive folder and verify completeness.
• Communicate any damage or concerns to the distribution team.
• Support VAS Pre-pack and Vault as needed and follow safety guidelines.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Distribution Clerk to support the inspection and documentation of incoming finished goods. This position will carefully inspect watches for visible damage, scratches, defects, or other conditions that require attention and will use an iPad to take clear, accurate photographs to document the product's condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming finished goods orders for visible damage, scratches, defects, or other concerns.
• Take clear, accurate photographs of watches during the inspection process.
• Ensure photographs properly document the condition of each watch.
• Label photographs accurately according to established procedures.
• Organize photographs by order, style, model, or other required identifier.
• Save and maintain photographs in the designated OneDrive folder.
• Verify that all required photographs are complete, clear, and properly stored.
• Communicate any identified damage or concerns to the appropriate distribution or management team.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling product and order information.
• Follow all department procedures and safety guidelines.
• Provide support in other warehouse areas, including VAS Pre-pack and Vault, based on business needs and operational volume.
• Perform additional distribution-related duties as assigned to support departmental priorities and maintain workflow.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse systems or RF scanners.
• Basic English skills to read labels, understand instructions, and follow order specifications.
• This position requires standing for extended periods of time, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, and go up and down ladders safely.
• Ability to push, pull, reach, and perform physical activities for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish positive working relationships with a diverse team.
• Must have a positive can-do attitude, multi-task with a team player mindset Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
• Must be able to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends when workload requires.

The hourly rate for this position is $15.92
