Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is hiring multiple temporary warehouse associates to support our Distribution Center. The Picker will be responsible for picking, preparing, packing, and moving products accurately and efficiently according to order specifications.

Day shift with no overnight shifts. Hourly range is $15.92 - $17.50 per hour. Basic English, physical stamina, and teamwork are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic English skills to read labels and follow order specs.
• Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick product from carousel, rack, and shelf according to orders.
• Move products using hand trucks and RF scanners.
• Verify quantities and order accuracy.
• Assist with shipment put away in carousels and racks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.

Movado Group, Inc. is hiring multiple temporary warehouse associates to support our Distribution Center. The Picker is responsible for picking, preparing, packing, and moving products accurately and efficiently according to order specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick product from carousel, rack, and shelf location according to assigned orders or picking tickets.
• Move product and materials between warehouse areas using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
• Verify product quantities and order accuracy.
• Assist with shipment put away in carousels, racks, and shelves.
• Create tote manifests while maintaining focus on manifest placement in totes.
• Make sure the number of open totes is sufficient to the orders that need to be processed in the vault daily and throughout the day.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse systems or RF scanners.
• Basic English skills to read labels, understand instructions, and follow order specifications.
• This position requires standing for extended periods of time, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, and go up and down ladders safely.
• Ability to push, pull, reach, and perform physical activities for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish positive working relationships with a diverse team.
• Must have a positive can-do attitude, multi-task with a team player mindset Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
• Must be able to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends when workload requires.
