A Dish Machine Operator (DMO) is responsible for maintaining dish washer operations in the outlet. A DMO operates a dishwasher and other cleaning equipment in a safe manner and follows drying and storage health code guidelines. The DMO may support a variety of departmental functions including routine cleaning projects, material organization, or equipment preparation. A DMO may also assist in the transportation of materials throughout the department. Work schedules are variable based on business needs and may require night, weekend, or holiday availability.
