Ivy City is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Associate to join our team through the end of the year as a remote agent (Local to UT)! We’re looking for someone who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every customer interaction.

As a member of our Customer Service team, you’ll be one of the friendly faces behind the Ivy City experience. You’ll help customers with everything from finding the perfect dress and answering product questions to navigating orders, returns, shipping, and more. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a quick learner, and genuinely enjoys making people feel taken care of.
