Recruitment Specialist at Minnesota Department of Transportation

This temporary onsite position is located at Willmar MnDOT, with a duration of approximately 5 months (mid-May 2025 - mid-October 2025). The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining building floors and hallways, windows, ceilings, and walls
• Cleaning and maintaining supplies in restrooms
• Performing grounds maintenance
• Cleaning assigned state-maintained sidewalks and parking lots
• Operating, maintaining, and making minor repairs on building and mechanical equipment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of different types of flooring and cleaning methods
• Familiarity with chemical cleaning agents and safe handling procedures
• Ability to use hand and power tools for maintenance and minor repairs
