Job summary

Hot Bread Kitchen, New York City, seeks a temporary full-time Case Manager to support Front of House and Culinary Fundamentals participants. You will assess needs, connect to resources, and collaborate with the training team under the Manager of Member Engagement.

Responsibilities include facilitating alumni services, following up after program completion, maintaining confidential records, and assisting with workshops and referrals. Compensation is $30.75 - $32.00 per hour for eight weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field required.
• Direct service experience or 2-5 years experience in case management.
• Familiarity with NYC support systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help facilitate member alumni services and/or events.
• Follow up with participants after program completion to assess outcomes and provide continued support.
• Monitor impact of member engagement activities and address program needs.
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, supervision, and professional development.
• Identify and develop new referral partnerships to address member needs.
• Teach professional readiness to members enrolled in career programs and facilitate workshops.
