Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, community outreach, sales, or membership services.
• Experience supporting events, membership drives, or client onboarding is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial services or credit union operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent FedChoice at community events and membership drives.
• Assist with planning and executing outreach events.
• Guide prospective members through account opening processes.
• Build relationships with community organizations and federal agencies.
