You will assist with scheduling, client communications, billing support, and general administrative tasks while contributing to a positive client experience. Schedule includes peak-season extended hours and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or receptionist experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• High attention to detail with experience handling schedules, records, or billing activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Dependable attendance and ability to commit to the assignment through April.
• Experience within a professional services, accounting, financial, or tax environment is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars for professional staff.
• Handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Generate and distribute billing documents while ensuring information is accurate and complete.
• Assist clients by providing general information and escalating complex matters when necessary.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records related to client accounts and communications.
• Support office operations and administrative projects during high-volume periods.
• Provide additional front office assistance as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
