H&R Block in New Jersey seeks a seasonal Tax Associate to work in-person at a local tax office. You’ll gather information from clients, prepare tax returns, and answer questions with guidance from experienced teammates.

No prior tax experience required; you will receive training from day one and opportunities to grow tax knowledge and client relationships; evenings/weekends during peak season may be required.

Competenze

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course is required.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
