H&R Block in New Jersey is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate to meet clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with training from experienced teammates. You’ll explain tax details clearly, identify savings opportunities, and grow strong client relationships in a client-first, collaborative office environment.

This in-person role offers an hourly rate with potential to earn more as tax knowledge grows; evening/weekend flexibility during tax season is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Experience interacting with customers in service environment.
• Strong communication and clear information delivery.
• Problem solving and information organization skills.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based assistants.

Responsibilities
