Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course 1.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service environment.
• Strong communication and the ability to ask questions to understand needs.
• Good problem-solving and information organization.
• Comfort using digital tools including AI-based tools.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities
