About Barrier Free Living (BFL): BFL is dedicated to helping New Yorkers with disabilities live independently. We provide residential and community-based services, including emergency shelter at Freedom House for domestic violence survivors with or without disabilities. Our programs include counseling, support groups, safety planning, case management, housing assistance, occupational therapy, financial services, onsite childcare, and advocacy.
We are seeking qualified applicants to join our team. This position reports to the Director of Childcare/Recreation and involves:
Start Date: ASAP
Hourly Rate: $17.50
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Temporary)
Hours: 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
