Job Responsibilities
- Upload and reconcile daily bank activity, ensuring all cash transactions are accurately reflected in the general ledger.
- Research, analyze, and apply incoming cash receipts to customer accounts while resolving unapplied cash items.
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Accounting teams to reconcile discrepancies and support payment accuracy.
- Process refunds, recoveries, write-offs, and other cash-related transactions in accordance with company procedures.
- Prepare cash application reports and support month-end close activities to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Maintain strong internal controls and participate in process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent accounting experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis functions.
- Experience working in a high-volume transactional accounting, cash application, or treasury environment preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research and resolve discrepancies independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience with SAP and multinational business environments is a plus.
