Qualifications

• Minimum of three years painting experience.
• Familiarity with scaffolding, staging, bucket trucks and ladders.
• Knowledge of working with lead-based paint.

Responsibilities

• Perform work safely and professionally.
• Repair surfaces before painting; fill holes and cracks as needed.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, brushing, sanding, or sealing.
• Paint exterior surfaces, walls, ceilings, floors, and molding as required.
• Lead testing and compliance with EPA RRP rules when applicable.
• Maintain painting tools and equipment.
