Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate pressure washers, shampooers, floor buffing machines and other cleaning equipment to renew floor surfaces.
• Vacuum and shampoo lounges and other carpeted floors.
• Strip and seal floors and public walkways made of vinyl tile, paver brick and concrete surfaces.
• Clean, disinfect and service all restroom facilities.
• Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, counters, mirrors and urinals and replenish supplies; empty trash.
• Collect and dispose of refuse and recyclables from all building areas; replace liners.
• Keep floors free of dirt by dusting and wet-mopping; vacuum where needed.
• Spot clean windows, mirrors, glass, doors and walls; clean framed pictures and signage.
• Move furniture and equipment and set up meeting spaces as directed.
• Remove snow from entrance walkways and steps when needed.
• Perform other duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
