Job summary

Duties include floor care, restroom cleaning, trash removal, carpet maintenance, and responding to maintenance requests. Minimum qualification: high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to maintenance of floors and surfaces (vacuuming, mopping, washing).
• Clean and maintain bathrooms and public restrooms; handle cleaning of bloodborne pathogens and body fluids per safety guidelines.
• Clean, sanitize and dust windows, walls, doors, furniture, baseboards and appliances.
• Move furniture and equipment; report maintenance needs and follow up on repairs.
